Due to our many years of experience in Mallorca, we are familiar with municipal, regional and national building law as well as with the bureaucratic procedures from building permits to building acceptance. Our collaboration with the technical engineers and local administrations gives you planning security in the collaborative process of project realization.

Unser Büro bietet alle Leistungen von der Konzeption über die Baugenehmigung, Ausführungsplanung und Bauleitung bis zur Fertigstellung, Abnahme, Grundbuch- und Katastereintragung, Infrastruktur und Gewährleistung.

Aufgrund unserer langjährigen Erfahrung auf Mallorca sind wir vertraut mit kommunalem, regionalem und nationalem Baurecht wie auch mit den bürokratischen Verfahren von der Baugenehmigung bis zur Bauabnahme. Unsere Zusammenarbeit mit den technischen Ingenieuren und den Verwaltungen vor Ort gibt Ihnen Planungssicherheit im partnerschaftlichen Prozess der Projektrealisierung.

Nuestro despacho ofrece todos los servicios desde la concepción hasta los permisos de construcción, planificación, gestión de la construcción hasta su finalización, así como su aceptación, registro de la propiedad y asiento catastral, infraestructura y garantía.

Gracias a nuestra experiencia de muchos años en Mallorca, estamos familiarizados con la legislación de construcción municipal, regional y nacional, así como con los procedimientos burocráticos desde los permisos de construcción hasta la aceptación de la obra. Nuestra colaboración con los ingenieros técnicos y las administraciones locales le proporciona seguridad en la planificación en el proceso colaborativo de ejecución del proyecto.
